5 Traits that make Leaders what they are

[dropcap size=small]O[/dropcap]ne does not become a leader overnight, it is an incessant process of learning; learning from own mistakes and learning from others’ mistakes. Purpose of learning might vary for person to person; for few it might be for glory, for others it might be for fortune and something else for the rest but there are few traits that they all share in common, traits that make leaders what they are. Not every leader is born with these skills, few master them and for others, circumstances are their masters.

 

1 : Workaholics (as mentioned by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam in work brings solace)

 

Work is what people run from but workaholics are inspired by work. Work is what makes them keep going because it is their true love.

2 : Quest matters more than Destination

 

For ordinary people this might sound insane but it is what separates them from rest of the human race. During journey we fail, we get up, we learn and this is what builds a person for hurdles waiting for us.

People call their dream insane and label them as fools and they are very right because a fool doesn’t know his dream is unachievabale, and he strives hard, goes beyond his limits and crosses every hurdle till he gets what he wants.
